Meet Celebrity Chef Craig Chasky—a true culinary adventurer whose passion for flavor and health has inspired thousands! Craig’s love affair with cooking began on Long Island, New York. As a young boy, he shared joyful kitchen moments with his mother and grandmother. His earliest memory? Burning his hand on the stove at age six—a story he laughs off, saying he’s always loved the heat of the kitchen, and that little burn never stopped him!

As a teenager, Craig’s drive and talent propelled him into the world of professional cooking. After moving to North Carolina, he started washing pots and pans for 750 people at Queens Women’s College. When a chef was absent, Craig stepped up and dazzled everyone—so much that at just 15 years old, he was voted in as the chef! That early win set the stage for a lifetime of success.

Craig’s career reads like a who’s who of culinary excellence and celebrity connections. He joined the famed Glorious Foods Catering, worked events at the MoMA hosted by Cary Grant, and helped celebrate Rudolph Nureyev’s 50th birthday at the Met. He catered the Statue of Liberty Bicentennial alongside the legendary Chef Paul Prudhomme and cooked at the celebrated Hermitage Restaurant in New York. From Jackie Onassis and Salvador Dali, to Mick Jagger, Brooke Shields, and Donald Trump, Craig’s cooking has wowed some of the most iconic names in history. He even helped throw the New York Giants Super Bowl Party in 1991at his restaurant!

His catering résumé is filled with exciting gigs: Mariah Carey’s MTV Dream Lover video shoot, major events for CNN, Kodak, Fuji, Nikon, and Pentax, and so many more. Craig’s journey continued through top culinary schools—Peter Krumps Cooking School and the Culinary Institute of America—where he studied under legends like Bernard Clayton, Jr., Jacque Pepin, and James Beard.

In 1988, Chef Craig launched the Underhill Inn in Hillsdale, New York, and within just four months, earned an amazing four-4 Star review! His culinary adventures then took him to Florida, where he quickly became the go-to caterer for Sarasota and Bradenton’s elite events, real estate giants, fitness centers, banks, and more. He even brought his gourmet product line and culinary creations to three Farmers’ Markets and Morton’s Gourmet Market, sharing his infused specialties with an ever-growing fan base.

Chef Craig’s talent and story have been celebrated everywhere—The Food Network, New York Times, magazines, TV, and radio. His heart for helping others shines at The Spires at Berry College in Georgia, where he empowers residents with health-conscious cooking, monthly lectures, and expert nutrition advice, always focusing on the transformative power of “Infused Cuisine.”

Despite facing health challenges like Lyme Disease and Parkinsons, Craig refuses to slow down. He’s turned to Phytonutrients and Certified Pure Tested Grade Essential Oils to support his own wellness, and he’s passionate about sharing this knowledge with others to help them thrive.
